Ours is a generation of weapons and enmity with no ethical morality.
The case of the 7-year-old boy phestus Kalela of kawama township who was beaten to death by his peers is enough reasons for questions to arise. Kalela died on Wednesday after four of his classmates beat him to death while coming from school. It is alleged that the boys were annoyed when Festus the class monitor booked them down as noisemakers who told to pick papers.

Hospital authorities said he was convulsing at the time he was brought to the hospital and later died after every effort proved abortive.
According to the Zambian law, these four boys cannot be prosecuted since they are at a tender age.
Mr Binwell mpundu, district commissioner for kitwe describes this incident as saddening.
May his soul rest in peace
